30 Day Shred

Yesterday I finally started my 30 Day Shred.  This is a DVD with trainer Jillian Michaels.  The workout is only 20 minutes.  That sounds easy, right?  WRONG!  After I finished my workout I needed a nap!  Seriously.  

The workout is intense!  It is a series of circuits that focus on cardio, strength and abs.  I think I will see amazing results, so I'm excited to keep at it! I'll share my progress every week, and at the end I'll share my final results.  Hopefully I won't need a nap every day!
